Many people ignore warning signs of ill health and often see a doctor when it’s too late. If you are closely in touch with your body, you will know when it’s telling you everything is not okay, and when it does, don’t ignore those signs as they could save your life. Warning signs of ill health are often subtle, hence easily ignored or brushed aside as tiredness or a result of too much work or overindulgence. Regular self-examination and a good look at yourself in the mirror every day, as well as paying attention to those aches and pains can help nip serious health issues in the bud. In addition to regular medical check-ups, especially of areas outlined in this article, you should take time to do simple personal checks at home as recommended, because, as the saying goes, prevention is better than cure.
